The gym is always nice and clean. The staff is absolutely incredible!
I really enjoy the variety of class choices available. I enjoy the Body Pump class with Annette because she is very much aware of her class and focuses on your form. She also makes suggestions on modifications if needed. Barre Class on Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm is another favorite for stretching and core work. It’s a full body workout and Kelly is so patient and graceful! The studio is clean and all protocols in place during Covid! Class sizes are small and everyone is very nice!
I recommend Nicki’s Power dance class on Monday evening at 6:30. Nicki is an awesome instructor, and I would take any class she teaches! I also recommend Kelly’s Barre class on Tuesdays at 5:30and Thursdays at 6:00. Kelly is a natural at teaching Barre. If you’re looking to build up your gluts, barre with Kelly is the class for you. I love Kelly and her class!
